Lyrics:
Though I’ve said it all before I’ll say it once again (one more time)
Everyone needs something to believe in
So turn around, turn around it’s on the other side
Feel the sound, feel the sound, it’s coming from deep inside
It will fill you with emotion, if you let it be your guide so
Turn around; turn around, it’s on the other side

One of my favorite music videos of all time.
Not the same !
It's ironic to think of how the 80s began with Kansas mutating from a progressive rock band into a Christian rock band – and ended up emerging with an arena rock classic.
One of my favorite Kansas songs
Man I’m on a Kansas binge today.. does this hit hard or what ✊🏻
Happy Birthday Phil Ehart born on February 4, 1950. He is the drummer in the progressive rock band Kansas. He and Rich Williams are the only two members who have appeared on every Kansas album. – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phil_Ehart
I was in this kind of battle against my daughter's birth mother from 2006 and her family too from 2012.
Good won that battle. I have full custody of my daughter now and she has loved her now stepmother from day one.
Sometimes the good guys win.
It's that Kansas song the radio never plays
He looks like a young Freddy Fender.
John Elefonte is my favorite male vocalist of all time. Bar None.
Female vocalist is Ann Wilson from Heart and Christy Nockels
John Elefonte and Christy Nockels both sing for Jesus now Glory to God. If you like good worship music check out Christy Nockels solo stuff its pretty good
Incredible…This kind of music doesnt exist anymore.. 😒
Beginning of the end of a great band
👍
This is a great song. Kansas is a band I always wanted to see live but never did. My loss.
He must be alone with a bottle doing the asshole shuffle.
Amazing how many Kansas songs that are also great never made it to the airwaves. Great band
Remember watching this on MTV when it was a real thing.
Harry Potter's theme song
Secret societies games..?
Man what a great song from a great band. Love all Kansas songs 🤘🖤
John Elephante is still putting out Christian music!
ONE OF MY FAVOURITE OF KANSAS
Guitar heros were making the forefront in the 80s, I'm surprised their songs got less riff oriented with time.
Kansas with the influence of Roger Taylor of Queen in this song. Kansas at their best.
Good song
This is an incredible song-that really brings me back in time in "my mind's eye" (as Rush would say). I saw them play in 1997 in Virginia beach VA-as part of the beach fronts summer concert series. My most prolific memory of the concert experience was the shirtless violin player emitting a rooster tail stream of sweat-I think the keyboardist was shirtless too. But I will be damned if I remember the lead singer being black or having that sound. What a unique voice and inspiring sound.
Steve walsh was good but I still say John was best. I like the way he stands, his body language says everything.
This was playing on the car radio and my 10 y/o daughter was swooning over it.
Coolest chess set ever!
who's the black guy?
Went to # 17 (Hot 100) on July 3, 10 & 17, 1982 & # 4 (Billboard Mainstream Rock) in June of 1982.
